Gain insight into how you show up — and how to shift your energy with intention.
The ELI Assessment is a powerful, research-backed tool that reveals how you respond to life’s challenges, both under stress and in your everyday interactions. It goes deeper than personality tests — helping you understand the energy behind your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
After taking the online assessment, we’ll meet for a debrief session where I’ll walk you through your results with care and clarity. Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be holding you back, uncover your energetic strengths, and explore small shifts that can lead to big breakthroughs.
This isn’t about fixing you — it’s about helping you see yourself more clearly, so you can lead your life with more awareness, choice, and freedom.

Frequently Asked Questions

Therapy focuses on understanding and healing problems that often originate in the past, and is typically geared toward helping individuals move from a state of dysfunction to function.
Life coaching is more future-focused – helping you clarify, set, and achieve goals for personal or professional growth. It is designed for individuals who are in a functioning state that want to move toward an optimal state.
The two can overlap. Many people work with both a therapist and a life coach at the same time, as they serve different but complementary purposes.

I coach with the belief that you are the expert on your own life. I am not here to tell you what to do but rather work with you to figure out what will fit you best.
My approach is rooted in curiosity and compassion. I ask thoughtful questions, challenge you to think differently, and adapt my style to your individual needs.

In a typical one-hour session, we will start by identifying what you’d like to focus on and what you want to get out of our time together.
From there, we’ll explore the “why” behind your goals, work through any blocks, and identify ways to move forward. I may introduce tools or exercises if they are helpful as well.
We’ll end the session with a few actionable steps you feel comfortable taking before we meet again.

Coaching may be a good fit if you have a goal but aren’t sure how to get from Point A to Point B. It can also help if you keep coming back to the same goals but haven’t been able to follow through.
You might simply want to become a better version of yourself but aren’t sure what that looks like or how to get there. All of these are great reasons to explore coaching with a life coach.
-
That’s perfectly okay! Many people come into coaching being uncertain about their next step but just have a general feeling of being stuck or unfulfilled in life.
Part of the coaching process is clarifying what is not working for you in your life and exploring what might work better. Sometimes, you just need a space to talk things through – without judgment – so you can sort out what you truly want.
-
In the free discovery call, we will chat for about 30 minutes regarding why you are interested in coaching and what you’re looking for..
It’s a chance for you to ask questions, get a feel for what working together might be like, and decide if coaching feels like the right step for you – no pressure or commitment required.
-
No. Research shows that clients get the best results with 9 sessions spread over 3 months.
While it may feel like a big commitment, the time and effort you invest in yourself now can create meaningful, lasting change if you’re open to it.
